For Boys Only: The Biggest, Baddest Book Ever Review

Hello parents and grandparents!  Welcome to For Boys Only: The Biggest, Baddest Book Ever Review; a resource guide for our son(s) and grandson(s) that will help them to expand their life skills for boys.

If you have never visited my site, then you should know that I have a son; and for all of you parents and grandparents out there who are continuously challenged as I am, we do what we can to accommodate for our son's and grandson's development and enjoyment.  You should also know that I never review a product that I would not purchase myself on behalf of my son.  I have read the reviews from customers who have read this book so that I may better help you to make the right decision.

A nice reference guide designed to capture your son's or grandson's attention – and keep it!

Quick Overview:

  • The Good: Reluctant readers – no problem!
  • The Bad: Information not current

My Overall Take: Many parents and grandparents agree that good books for raising boys are important, and this one captures their son(s) and grandson(s) imagination and sets it on a path to discover all kinds of good things while also learning valuable skills and knowledge of the world around them.

The Good:

Many parents and grandparents agree that this is a fun book for boys to read, as it will entertain your son(s) or grandson(s) for hours in addition to teaching them valuable skills and facts, while simultaneously helping them to develop into young men; no wonder it is recommended. The fact that this book is fun to read might be a big part of the reason why many parents and grandparents are experiencing a change of attitude with their son(s) or grandson(s) who don’t like to read – success!  This book is loved for a variety of reasons by so many people because it basically captures a boys’ inquisitive nature and feeds his mind with all kinds of cool things that excite him and trigger his imagination.  Furthermore, another reason for loving this book is the fact that it gets boys to initiate conversations based upon what they read – imagine that! us parents and grandparents not having to start the conversation.

The Bad:

It has been mentioned that the facts contained in this book are not up to date with current events and date back to 2007, making the information older than ten years. It has also been pointed out that at least one fact is incorrect – McLaren is a Great Britain company, not American; whether other errors exist is not known as no others have been mentioned. Some parents had issues regarding the content, for instance, the idea of integrating humans with computers in the future by putting computer chips under the skin - inappropriate or not?  This book is not filled with pictures as one might expect, being a boys book.

Some of the things you can expect to find in this book:
